If we accept children from 6 years old, it is compulsory for all practitioners to know how to swim. We also recommend sporty or casual clothing and closed and tied shoes. Finally, don’t hesitate to bring sunscreen, glasses and caps, especially for young children. You are now ready for a hike in the best conditions!
